the go-to woman

say what’s right. do what works.
fix what’s stuck.

When things get stuck or keep dragging on, I step in.
I bring focus, calm and forward momentum.

Sometimes strategic. Sometimes hands-on. Often both at the same time. Communication, marketing, strategy.
Or simply something that needs fixing.

No fuss. No thick reports. Just progress.

Who i am

My name is Jasmijn Moerman.
In practice, I’m often brought in when something gets stuck, drags on, or no one takes ownership. When people feel: “Something’s in the way, but we can’t quite name it,” or “This just needs to be picked up.”

That’s when I step in.

I temporarily take responsibility for what isn’t moving. That might be communication. Content. Tooling. Processes. Internal projects. Structure.

I quickly understand how things work — systems, teams and people. I see where it rubs. Where it leaks. Where energy gets lost. And I make sure things start moving again.

You don’t hire me to support from the sidelines, but to take over where direction is missing. Someone who takes ownership, brings calm, and finishes things. Sometimes that’s strategic. Sometimes practical. Often both at the same time.

How working with me works

Working with me is personal and professional at the same time. I work carefully and have a strong instinct for what is and isn’t being said. I’m sharp and gentle at once, and move easily between people and strategy — always guided by one question: does this actually make sense?

You tell me what’s going on. I ask a few pointed questions. I make a plan. And then I fix it.

I work independently and with focus. No drama. No endless trajectories or thick reports. No noise — just progress. That might take an hour. A week. Or a few months. Whatever is needed.

My background

I’ve been working for nearly twenty years at the intersection of communication, strategy, organisation and operations. In marketing. In consultancy. In facility management. From internal culture to external reputation.

What connects all those roles is this: I bring clarity.
In vision. In language. In decisions.

In permanent roles, I was always the one who stepped in. Who closed the gaps. Who picked up what no one else really owned.
Now, I’ve simply made that my profession.

Sometimes I’m a consultant.
Sometimes I’m a strategist.
Sometimes I’m a coach.
Sometimes I’m simply a project manager.

What I actually do is take things over.
I take ownership.
And I make sure things move again.

I am the go-to woman.

what i bring

No off-the-shelf solutions. Just ownership. Clarity. Progress.

I take over work that gets stuck or keeps dragging on. I bring calm, overview and direction. And make sure things start moving again.

Sometimes strategic. Sometimes hands-on. Often both at the same time.

Everything I do is custom. Because every situation is different. And every stuck issue needs a different approach. You work directly with me. And I’m never standard.

  • “I step in when things are left hanging, get stuck, or keep being pushed forward.”

    Not because they’re unimportant —
but because there’s no space, focus or ownership for them.

There’s noise. Friction. Delay. Too little time. Too many loose ends. You can feel it: this just needs someone to take it over.

    That’s what I do.

I take responsibility. I bring overview. I finish things. So things move again — and you get headspace back.

    When this works

    • Things keep lying around without clear ownership

    • A project stalls or drags on endlessly

    • There’s too much going on and not enough direction

    • An idea gets stuck between plan and execution

    • You know: this needs someone who simply picks it up and follows through

    What you get

I step into what’s stuck and take it over. I bring structure, momentum and completion.

    That can be practical:

    • delivering a flyer, presentation or proposal

    • finishing an event or campaign

    • setting up an email flow or communication structure

    • streamlining a collaboration or process

    • tying up loose ends and closing them properly

    It can be strategic:

    • redesigning a project

    • helping make clear choices

    • bringing direction and focus

    • unblocking something that’s been grinding for too long

Often, it’s both at the same time.

No complex trajectories. No noise. No drama. Just ownership. Progress. And calm.

You can bring me in for an hour, a week or a few months. For something small or something substantial.

You don’t need to have the problem fully defined yet. We’ll sharpen that together.

  • “I translate stories into visibility. PR that makes sense — and lands.”

For when you have something to say, but it’s not reaching the right place yet.

You have a story. A product, initiative or organisation that deserves to be seen.

But how do you make it stand out without shouting? How do you ensure it’s picked up, understood and passed on?

PR isn’t a trick. It’s the craft of sharpening the substance and translating it into a form that fits both the medium and the moment.

I help you clarify that story, refine it, and bring it out into the world.

    Practical. Thoughtful. Without noise.

    When this works

    • You have news or a story, but no clear PR approach

    • PR keeps getting postponed because no one takes ownership

    • You want visibility, but not slick marketing language

    • There’s substance, but no sharp media angle yet

    • You’re looking for someone who simply handles PR, instead of turning it into a process

    What you get

    • A clear PR story with a strong, focused angle

    • Press releases and content tailored to the medium

    • Practical support in PR execution

    • Thoughtful input on timing, angle and positioning

    • Someone who picks it up, finishes it, and hands it over

No PR circus. No bloated plans. Just stories that make sense — and become visible in the right place.

  • “I translate strategy into concept. Ideas that make sense — and surprise.”

For when you have substance, but not yet a form that surprises, resonates and gives direction.

You know what you want to say — more or less. But how do you communicate it in a way that truly lands? Not just an idea or a campaign, but a concept that holds together from start to finish. One that draws people in, sparks something and sets things in motion — without embellishment, with focus.

I translate strategy into concept. And stories into form. Always grounded in substance. Always with a sharp creative hook.

    When this works

    • You’re looking for a strong idea for a campaign, event or positioning

    • You have a strategy, but not yet a way to bring it to life

    • You want to tell a story that sticks — visually, intellectually and emotionally

    • Your team has good ideas, but lacks coherence or direction

    What you get

    • A concept that makes sense and creatively surprises

    • A sharp translation of strategy into form and narrative

    • Thinking along from scratch, or building on what’s already there

    • Ideas with energy — ideas people want to carry forward

    • Direction in execution: from briefing to design, I ensure the concept lands in both form and quality

No empty creativity. No loose ends.
Just ideas with direction — and concepts with substance.

Projects that make sense. Work that’s strong in substance, strategically grounded and visually precise.

This is the kind of work I created in permanent roles within an international organisation. Today, I handle these types of challenges independently — alongside my work as a Global PR Lead.
